R&B sensation SZA has once again proven her dominance in the music industry by taking home the Best Female R&B/Pop Artist award at the 2025 BET Awards, held at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles.
Hosted by Kevin Hart, the 25th anniversary of the BET Awards was a star-studded celebration of Black excellence in entertainment, culture, and music. SZA emerged victorious in a competitive category that included strong contenders such as Ari Lennox, Ayra Starr, and Coco Jones.
Accepting the award with heartfelt gratitude, SZA said, “Thank you so much for this. My music comes from a very real place, and it means the world to be recognized for that.” She expressed love and appreciation for her fans, team, and family during her acceptance speech.
