Chelsea Football Club have been crowned Club World Cup champions after a commanding 3-0 victory over Paris Saint-Germain in the final played at MetLife Stadium, New Jersey.

The Blues delivered a flawless first-half performance under head coach Enzo Maresca, stunning the Champions League winners PSG with three unanswered goals before the break.

Cole Palmer was the star of the night, scoring twice with nearly identical finishes in the 22nd and 30th minutes. Set up first by Malo Gusto, Palmer glided into the box to find the far corner with precision. He repeated the feat minutes later to double Chelsea’s advantage.

Just before halftime, Palmer turned provider, threading a perfect ball to Joao Pedro, who calmly chipped Gianluigi Donnarumma to make it 3-0.

Despite PSG’s attempts to respond in the second half, Chelsea’s defense held firm. Goalkeeper Robert Sanchez made two excellent saves to maintain the clean sheet, while substitute Liam Delap came close to extending the lead.

At full-time, the stadium erupted as Chelsea players and fans celebrated another historic title — once again, Chelsea are world champions.
